The Core supports ROCKALAPAR in their grand debut at the Movistar Arena

Planeta Formación y Universidades

On 28 May, more than 750 people gathered at La Sala del Movistar Arena for a true celebration of talent, music and inclusion during the first major charity concert by the group ROCKALAPAR. The initiative, driven by the A LA PAR Foundation, brought together renowned Spanish artists such as David Summers, Jorge Ruiz (Maldita Nerea), Loquillo, and Alejo Stivel (Tequila), who shared the stage with members of the band, made up entirely of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

The Core, a leading audiovisual school in Spain and part of the higher education network of Planeta Formación y Universidades, which has supported ROCKALAPAR since its inception, took part in the celebration, further reinforcing its commitment to fostering a more inclusive society through culture and creativity. Its support for the band highlights the importance of building bridges between young talent and socially impactful projects.

All proceeds from the concert will go towards strengthening and continuing the ROCKALAPAR project—a band with only six months of history that has already been awarded the FAAM de Oro prize for Culture.
