The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Spain and Planeta Formación y Universidades have announced the launch of the third edition of their study grant program aimed at Moroccan citizens residing in Spain.
This partnership began in 2023 with the aim of promoting access to high-quality education for students and professionals with strong academic potential. The 2026–2027 call offers a total of 214 study grants, covering all levels of higher education, including: Vocational Training (intermediate and advanced levels), Bachelor’s degrees, Postgraduate studies, Continuing Education, and Doctoral programs. In total, beneficiaries will be able to access more than 140 academic programs across 10 fields of knowledge.
The grants include three levels of financial coverage: 100%, 75%, and 50% of the program cost, thereby facilitating access to education based on candidates’ merits.
During the speech, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco in Spain, Karima Benyaich, highlighted the value of this initiative as a driver of opportunity: “This program strengthens the ongoing commitment of Planeta Formación y Universidades to young people in the Moroccan community in Spain. It not only provides access to excellent education, but also reinforces the role of education as a bridge for understanding and collaboration between countries.”
For his part, Carlos Giménez, CEO of Planeta Formación y Universidades, added: “Our mission is to connect the talent mentioned by the Ambassador with the reality of the global labor market. That is why we are very pleased to strengthen this long-term partnership, now in its third edition. We enable students with outstanding academic records to access excellent education that responds to current challenges.”
The call for applications will remain open from April 22 to July 5, 2026, and the grants will apply to programs starting in the second half of 2026. Applications can be submitted online through the platform provided by Planeta Formación y Universidades.
Through this initiative, both institutions reaffirm their commitment to promoting talent, equal opportunities, and the training of professionals capable of actively contributing to innovation and development in a global environment.
