UNIE Universidad gives recognition to the Hospital Nacional de Parapléjicos in La Razón's ‘A tu Salud’ awards

UNIE Universidad, an institution belonging to Planeta Formación y Universidades, participated in the latest edition of the ‘A tu Salud’ awards, organised by the newspaper La Razón, an event that every year highlights innovation, commitment and excellence in the health sector. On this occasion, the university had the honour of awarding the Distinguished Award to the Hospital Nacional de Parapléjicos de Toledo, in recognition of its 50 years of dedication to the wellbeing and comprehensive care of people with spinal cord injury.

The Faculty of Health Sciences of UNIE Universidad thus reaffirmed its commitment to the promotion of scientific advances, the education of committed professionals and the promotion of research aimed at social benefit and welfare. Participation in these awards not only allowed us to recognise exemplary careers such as that of the Hospital Nacional de Parapléjicos, but also to strengthen the institutional mission of actively contributing to a healthier, more inclusive society that is aware of the value of science applied to the care of people.
