Planeta Formación y Universidades - Nexia and Google present the masterclass ‘Gemini Academy for Students’
On Tuesday, 23 September, the Ágora at The Core, located on the UNIE Tres Cantos Campus, hosted the masterclass: ‘Gemini Academy for Students’, an initiative promoted by Planeta Formación y Universidades - Nexia in collaboration with Google. The session was also broadcast live via streaming, allowing students and teachers from different institutions in the network to participate.
The presentation was given by Raúl Ordóñez (Artificial Intelligence Trainer and Educator) and Gonzalo Romero (Head of Education Google Iberia), who introduced an innovative, interactive programme specifically geared towards the academic field. During the session, they demonstrated the possibilities of Gemini, Google's Artificial Intelligence platform, as well as the potential of other tools such as NotebookLM.
The meeting was very well attended, with around 892 users connected online, reflecting the interest in this new training programme.
The aim of the presentation was to introduce Gemini Academy for Students, a project designed to bring Artificial Intelligence closer to the educational community, showing how it can become a key tool for learning, always under effective, responsible and ethical use.
With this launch, Planeta Formación y Universidades - Nexia and Google consolidate their commitment to educational innovation and preparing future professionals in the use of digital technologies that are transforming the present and will shape the future of learning.
