Marta Rodríguez García, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at UNIE Universidad, part of the Planeta Formación y Universidades higher education network, has been nominated in the Teaching category of the III National Nursing Awards, organised by the General Council of Nursing (CGE). These awards recognise the dedication and importance of the profession, with finalists chosen by a jury and online popular vote among members of the association.

Rodríguez's nomination highlights her career as a doctor of nursing and her work at the helm of the faculty, where she promotes training based on excellence and experiential learning. The winners of the different categories — healthcare, management, research, professional career, teaching and non-professional — will be announced at a ceremony in Madrid at the end of October.
