Martín Berasategui’s visit to Planeta Formación y Universidades

Last Friday, 18 September, Martín Berasategui visited the Planeta Formación y Universidades building to welcome our students from the Barcelona Culinary Hub by Martín Berasategui to the new academic year, sharing his experiences, lessons learnt and stories from all these years in the kitchen.

An intimate and enriching encounter in which our students were able to hear first-hand about the experiences, knowledge and lessons learnt by one of the leading figures in the world of gastronomy. Throughout the day, there was time to listen, ask questions and discover what lies behind a career built on passion, hard work, creativity and dedication. It was an opportunity to give our students a taste of the professional world and to gain first-hand insight into some of the challenges and lessons that come with a career in the world of gastronomy. Because learning is also about sharing experiences, discovering other perspectives and listening to those who have made their profession a way of understanding and living through cuisine.
