The Core - Jornada - 2025

Great reception for the event organised by The Core and Atresmedia, connecting students with the reality of the audiovisual sector

Planeta Formación y Universidades

The event organised by The Core, Spain's leading audiovisual school, part of the Planeta Formación y Universidades higher education network, in collaboration with Atresmedia, brought together dozens of attendees for an educational and inspiring experience that allowed participants to learn first-hand how television and radio work and what the keys are to successfully integrating into the audiovisual sector. Participants visited sets and control rooms for programmes such as Al Rojo Vivo, Antena 3 Noticias and El Chiringuito, as well as the Onda Cero studios.

The event included round tables with journalists such as Cristina Fernández, Roberto Brasero and Jalis de la Serna, who shared their career paths and advice on how to break into television and radio. Former students of The Core also recounted their professional experiences, demonstrating the effectiveness of the school's practical training.

The event reaffirms the importance of bringing training closer to the industry, consolidating The Core as a benchmark in audiovisual education and reinforcing Madrid Content City as a European hub for content production.
