More than 200 attendees and graduates from the areas of Business and Education from around the world, including the United States, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Peru and Ecuador attended the ceremony. This reflects the diversity and global reach of our university, making it an honor that they made the effort to travel to celebrate and graduate alongside their classmates.

The graduation ceremony was unforgettable for our graduates and for the BIU Miami community, where we shared how the dreams of many are one step closer to becoming a reality.

The graduation was broadcast live so that family members and students who could not attend in person could leave their congratulatory and thank you messages, where more than 100 people from different parts of the world watched us.

During the opening speech, the exciting changes and achievements that BIU University has experienced in the last two years were highlighted. It has seen a significant evolution, improving every single line of operation and launching an innovative development program called "Step Up Journey into Success", where its purpose is to make each student the best professional version of themselves. "This would clearly be the only way to honor the commitment we have made as a university to make each of our students the best professional version of themselves. On the other hand, being a university that is committed to the development of PowerSkills, it is important to know ourselves and show ourselves vulnerable to work on becoming wise and being a better version of ourselves, whether we are individuals or institutions."

During this growth trajectory of BIU University Miami, it was shared with students and guests that our student retention rate is 92%, well above the official Florida state average, and that over 90% of our graduates have experienced an improvement in their professional position or salary. These achievements are a testament to the commitment of our graduates and the dedication of our faculty and staff.

As BIU University Miami Executive Director Ferran Calatayud said in his closing remarks:

"You have not come this far just to get this far! Now that you have reached this challenge, look for more. Not more things, more growth. Constantly challenge yourselves to be better. You have come this far so that you can be strong enough to go even further. To be strong enough to push yourself further again. And this is only the beginning. Be proud of your accomplishments, but never settle for them."
