News |

The employability rate of OBS students is 96.7%.

The employability rate of students after completing a Master's degree at the school is 95.3%. In the case of MBAs, this rises to 98.1%.

92.4% of the students confirm that their training at OBS has had a positive impact on their professional development.

87.1% of entrepreneurs say that OBS has contributed to the creation of their company.

Once again this year, OBS Business School publishes its Employment Report, a valuable study that analyses the impact of the school on the professional growth of its students.

For any business school of international prestige such as OBS, it is essential to contribute to the employability of its students, as this is the only way to have an impact on the development of society. For this reason, this report identifies those characteristics of the school's educational offer that most help in responding to the different demands and needs of the market. As Raquel Clavería, Career Services Manager at the school, points out: "We carry out continuous research and design activities that provide answers to the different profiles".

The most important data

Among the most important data, it is worth highlighting that 73.7% of our MBA students obtain a salary increase after completing the programme; this figure, in the case of our Master's students, is 69.4%. In addition, more than 92% of our students say that their time at OBS has had a positive impact on their career path.

Another interesting figure is that 68.8% of students move up the career ladder after completing one of our MBAs; in the case of our Masters, 64.8% experience this professional promotion.

How OBS supports entrepreneurship

Last June, the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) launched its latest report on the evolution and state of entrepreneurship. Throughout the document it is found that "the highest rates of entrepreneurship occur at higher levels of education. [...] These rates of entrepreneurship exceed those of entrepreneurs with lower levels of education, and consolidate the growth of entrepreneurial vocations in the population with higher educational qualifications".

At OBS, more than 87% of our students say that school has contributed to the promotion or creation of their company. In addition, 94.3% say that they have acquired new knowledge and skills, while 77.6% have increased their network of contacts.
