EAE works to give its participants applicable and up-to-date knowledge thanks to its methodology, in which the students are the centre of the activity, comprehensively encompassing the academic part of a programme and the enrichment of the student outside the classroom. To this end, over 440 events were organised last year, with over 23,000 EAE professionals, both students and former students, registering for them.
In addition to ongoing research, the EAE academic team seeks to offer value through the methodological approach and generate new academic experiences that meet the needs of students, regardless of their profile and experience. The aim is to provide innovative solutions that take their needs into account. This academic year EAE has introduced a new main teaching methodological system based on the American model, or Major + Minor, with language options, helping students to train in the essential aspects of marketing, finance, economics, administration, human capital among others. It also enables them to develop the necessary tools and skills to be trained in leadership, teamwork, communication, ethics, social responsibility and, above all, to promote personal development in an innovative way based on the new entrepreneurship programmes. Furthermore, in order to train true professionals who meet the needs of today's global, intercultural society, we continue to base our courses on the Case Method, problem-based learning, enabling the development and evaluation of skills and values and the creation of projects that promote interdisciplinarity and teamwork.
EAE Business School offers professional qualifications (MBAs, Masters', Postgraduate Diplomas and Official University Degrees), providing an overview of the company and guaranteeing the applicability of its content in connection with the current business world.
